Burning Barn Smoke Rum

The UK's first and only hand-crafted smoked rum. Harvested, chipped and seasoned with locally-grown apple wood then smoke it in an old apple juice tank - stainless steel with a bespoke oak lid. Then it's cold smoke the rum blend before diluting it to bottling strength.
