Millstone Lightly Peated Whiskey

Millstone 5YO Lightly Peated is aged in new barrels of American white oak.

The use of new barrels and the fact that are stored in a warm and dry warehouse ensures that the whisky ages rather quickly. 
The nose has rich tones of fruit (orange and banana), cinnamon, cloves and honey combined with vanilla and toffee on a foundation of peat and smoke. The taste is rich honey sweetness with delicate spicy notes and long smoky toffee

The peated version of Millstone whisky was introduced in 2010 and won in 2011 a silver medal in the International Spirits Challenge in London.
